At DEAR SUTTON we aim to provide you with quality products, however, if you have purchased an item from DEAR SUTTON and believe it to be faulty then items should be returned and we will do our best to replace it.
We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a store credit, exchange or refund, for any full priced items that you're not happy with. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items, including refunds and exchanges.

To request a return, please email us at with your order number clearly stated. Once approved, please send the goods via courier with Credit Approval number clearly attached to:

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags and packaging intact. We can either give you a full store credit on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met or if there has been a change in mind.

You have 10 working days after purchase to return items with a proof of purchase. 

Please ensure you note your return address on the sender details of the couriered parcel. 
SALE ITEMS: We do not allow returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot accept returns for purchases from other stores that stock DEAR SUTTON, as we operate as separate entities.


To return an item, please contact us at with your order number for us to approve. All return items must be sent back to us via a tracked courier service. The credit will only be given once we have received the package. We do not over the costs incurred to get the goods back to us.
